Welcome to Religious Education!

St. Mary's offers programs for all; children, adults, single, married, families and for those who are looking for a deeper faith, understanding and spiritual experience. We encourage you to contact the Parish Religious Education Office for more information about current parish programs, archdiocese programs or for questions. May we journey towards God's love together.

Yours in Christ,

Elizabeth Tomaso, DRE

It Takes a Parish ....

IT TAKES A PARISH TO TEACH A CHILD!
St. Mary’s Parish Religious Education has been blessed to partner in the faith formation of hundreds of children, teens, adults and their families. We have been equally blessed by the support of our priests, parents, staff and the many catechists and volunteers who step forward each year. We could not offer these programs, community and faith formation, without the support of the St. Mary’s Parish family. Some of the ways that Parish Religious Education reaches and supports our parishioners in their faith journey:Religious Education sessions for children, First Communion and Reconciliation, Confirmation, Retreats, Night of Reflections, Adult Faith Formation (Bible Studies), Marriage Enrichment, Catholic Divorce Survival Guide, Parish Festival, Advent and Lent Family Celebrations, Vacation Bible School, Catechist’s training and workshops, RE Masses, RE Reconciliation and Stations of the Cross, RE Los Posada, Vocations Awareness, Parish Missions, Faith Sharing, Community Service, Family participation... During the summer months we plan for next fall. Be part of our plan by contacting the RE office to share your faith. We are in need of catechists, co-catechists and volunteers. By passing on your faith to others you are helping to pass on the teachings of the Catholic Church and the love of Christ to generations yet to be born.  We supply the training, the materials, the support and the students. You provide the love, the time and the sharing of your faith. Religious Education meets on Wednesdays starting August 24th at either 4:30 or 6:30 p.m. Sessions are 75 minutes in length. Contact the RE office for more information.
